'Pastafari Dub' is the debut album of Miss Fritty. The music is a "melting pot" of slang, combining Italian and English lyrics on roots reggae rhythms, extending the Apulian dialect to a wider audience. The voice of Miss Fritty and the dub of Joe Ariwa, son of well-known producer Mad Professor, come together in a special sound that provides the typically British roots rock reggae sound with an Apulian flavour, building a bridge between the two cultures.
