Los Jemax
Los Jemax 1
By winning a radio talent contest, Los Jemax, a band from Barcelona, secured a recording deal with CBS Spain. The guys recorded four songs, intended for two single releases in 1968, but unfortunately these remained unissued. Although the band shared bills with well known acts s.a. Los Sirex, Los Canarios and Micky Y Los Tonis, the big breakthrough didn't happen. Now, some 50 years later, here's a cool 7-inch featuring three of the band's CBS recordings. Included are one band original called 'Cheep, Cheep, Cheep', plus covers of The Animals' 'When I Was Young' and The Doors' 'Hello I Love You'. This edition is limited to 450 numbered and signed copies, including a 12-page booklet.
