Grapa
I Wish You/the Blue Sky
Grapa was formed in Terrassa (Barcelona) in 1972 by Quimet Carreras (vocals and guitar), Joan Casas (vocals and flute), Josep Maria Pagès (keyboards), Frank Avila (bass) and Josep 'Nen' Avila (drums). They were influenced by Frank Zappa, Pink Floyd, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Jethro Tull, King Crimson, The Spencer Davies Group, The Beatles and jazz. The band played in Zeleste, an iconic venue from Barcelona, and was a part of Ona Laietana or Rock Laieta, a musical movement leaded by Jaume Sisa or Pau Riba. The military service finished this dream in 1976. The two songs of this single were recorded by Josep Maria Francino in Radio Terrassa in 1973. Limited edition, comes with insert and signed postcard.
