Long traded and coveted, discussed and debated, Boston-based DIY-collective Propeller's 1981 cassette compilation finally receives a physical reissue reflecting its original intention and aim. Taking inspiration from Factory Records and the "pay no more" ethos of Dischord Records and Crass, the collective was responsible for the noteworthy compilation 'Propeller Product, Prop 4-1', which offers a unique window into Boston and the American new wave, art rock and post-punk underground of the very early '80s.
