Tziritas, Odysseas
Gonzo Bliss
Odysseas Tziritas is an alternative pop performer/songwriter based in Athens, Greece. Though he is only 19 years old he has released several EPs and a homemade digital album while he is one of the most promising new artists in local scene. Two years after the release of his debut home-recorded album, 'Butterflies', Odysseas Tziritas returns with his first studio album entitled 'Gonzo Bliss'. 'Gonzo Bliss' contains 10 songs that go beyond the narrow limits of music genres and form the characteristic pop world of Odysseas Tziritas, full of fascinating sounds, melodies and other pop culture elements, such as cinema. For example, 'Elephant Man' is a reference on David Lynch's film, while the lyrics of 'Explain/Escape' are influenced by 'The Lighthouse' by Robert Eggers. The album was recorded in mid-January 2020 at Sonic Playground, produced by Achilles Charmpilas (2 By Bukowski), recorded by Nikos Triantafyllou, and mixed by Iraklis Vlachakis.
