On the road around the world for more than three decades, twenty albums in the last two decades on labels like Provogue and Dixiefrog, Rob Tognoni shared the stage with artists such as Roy Buchanan, Stevie Ray Vaughan's mentor Lonnie Mack, Joe Walsh of the Eagles, Peter Green, Sting, ZZ Top and Bo Diddley. He represented Australia at the royal wedding of Prince Frederik and Princess Mary of Denmark, performed at the FIFA World Cup in Germany, played from Australian maximum security prisons to the Mozarthaus in Vienna. The "Tasmanian Devil" guitar style is fiery, energetic, inventive and explosive. Its roots are blues, blues rock and classic rock, but many other influences also come in to give it its sound and uniqueness. 'Rebel' includes a cover version of David Bowie's 'Rebel, Rebel' and and Rob's version of 'Whisky In The Jar'.
