Southern Comfort was a cool British country/folk rock band, best known for its front man Ian Matthews. Originally out in 1972, 'Stir Don't Shake' (here on CD) was the group's third and final album without Ian Matthews. Southern Comfort played top notch country and folk rock, heavily inspired by the American west-coast sound.
