Snakefinger
Chewing Double (+bonus Mix) (2cd)
Released on DOUBLE-CD is an expanded version of Snakefinger's 1979 debut solo-album 'Chewing Hides The Sound', featuring classics such as his Kraftwerk cover 'The Model', 'What Wilbur?' and 'Picnic In The Jungle'. The songs on the album were co-written with The Residents and showcased Snakefinger's distinctive slide guitar playing and often surreal imagery. All tracks that were exclusive to related single releases from the same era are added as bonus tracks here. Also included is an obscure 1987 remix of the whole album that was discovered in The Residents' archive.
