Aeon

Silentways is a darkwave trio, based in Naples, Italy that released a much regarded debut album - a mix of dark and ethereal dream pop - on Swiss Dark Nights in 2006, but sadly split shortly after. Following a long gap of silence, the band recently re-united and presented both a new single ('A Red Thread') and this, their second album. 'Aeon' combines coldwave, post-punk, and dreampop influences creating melancholic soundscapes, where the heavenly voice of Annalisa Lynch dances on gothic-like guitar riffs, dreamy synths, and monolithic bass lines.
