Scolastics

Born in 2024, Scolastics (from Haarlem, The Netherlands) is the brainchild of multi-instrumentalist Louis Inghels, who dived in on his mission statement to create music that is equally pounding, straightforward and eclectic. Together with local heavy weights Guus van Oosterum and Niels Klooster, this power trio produces a unique mix of rock and metal with the emphasis on powerful vocals, contagious riffs and groove. Elements of Hüsker Dü, Killing Joke and Kyuss can be heard in their repertoire, but Scolastics is no throwback act.
