The album 'Tonwelle' is the result of Klaus Schulze's collaboration with a number of well-known musicians. The main reason why the album was released in 1981 under the artist name Richard Wahnfried, and features Manuel Göttsching (Ash Ra Temple) and Michael Shrieve (Santana). This original vinyl release was meant to be played at 45RPM, and this vinyl reissue contains the original version.
