Don't let the band name confuse you, since these guys were from Richmond, VA, not Los Angeles! The LP comprises 12 hardcore punk tracks from the early '80s that were intended to be the band's debut 12-inch. Unfortuantely it took a bit longer than originally intended for this material to actually see the light of day. A 16-page booklet in included.
