Radio Noisz Ensemble
Yniverse + 6
The Radio Noisz Ensemble from the Weinheim an der Bergstrasse area was the successor group of Emma Myldenberger who had played folk with a medieval touch. Instead, the music with an oboe as the lead instrument was now more complex and oriental, sometimes almost meditative, entirely instrumental, and was partly evocative of Between, Tri Atma, and the Third Ear Band. The only LP of the Radio Noisz Ensemble - not regarding the cassette releases - was "Yniverze", released in 1972 as an edition of 1000 copies. The CD on hand was copied from the master tape. Five of the six bonus tracks were recorded live in Weinheim on Dec. 4th, 1982, the sixth one is a demo recording from summer 1981. "Yniverze", by the way, was even presented by Joachim Ernst Behrendt on SWF III radio programme on Oct. 24th, 1982.
