Pierre Omer plays a very cool Django-like swing jazz guitar, a gipsy accordion and a Fats Waller piano. His music digs up American and European roots, ranging from folk to blues and from country to gypsy swing and jive. The music is rough and electric and reveals traces of Django Reinhardt, Nick Cave, Bob Dylan and Gun Club, but with the backbone in '30s and '40s swing.
