Mekanik Kommando was a Dutch experimental new wave/post-punk band, influenced by a.o. Magma, Kraftwerk and the era's DIY-ethos. Featuring two bass guitars, a Korg 770, KR-55 drum machine, violin, effects, metals and plastics, the band's sought after 1982 EP 'Dancing Elephants' is now back on its original 12-inch format.
