Tyrants

'Tyrants' follows their successful self-titled debut album from 2020, their stand-alone single 'New New World' from 2021 and their live EP 'The Reckless/Evil Seed' from 2023. In this new musical journey, Maragda take the listeners in introspective topics ranging from self-imposed limitations to the fight for values, love, hope and farewells. All of this unfolds in a hypothetical fantasy universe, where psychedelia and progressive rock continuously merge, adding other styles like garage. Recorded and mixed at Big Snuff Studios in Germany with Richard Behrens, who has worked with bands such as Elder or Kadavar, and mastered at Black Box Studios in France with Motorpsycho's engineer Peter Deimel.
