Leven, Jackie -& Michael Cosgrave-

Live At Rockpalast 2004 (+dvd)

Jackie Leven, one of Scotland's finest singer-songwriters, masterfully blends folk and sophisticated pop with deeply resonant lyrics and a warm, compelling voice. After starting in the band Doll By Doll, Leven went solo in 1994, captivating audiences with his melancholic, autobiographical songs and witty storytelling. Recorded in March 2004 at Bonn's Club Harmonie, his Rockpalast concert features highlights from Shining Brother Shining Sister and his hit 'Call Mother A Lonely Field.' Leven passed away on November 14, 2011, leaving behind a loyal fanbase and a legacy of unforgettable music.
