Led Zeppelin
Jimmy's Birthday Bash, Vol. 1 (2lp)
Led Zeppelin's 1970 UK tour was arguably best known for the band's performance at the Royal Albert Hall on 9th January - Jimmy Page's Birthday. The great man himself later stated: "The Royal Albert Hall was, at the time, the largest and most prestigious gig in London". With this legendary concert being the subject of a live radio broadcast, it remains surprising that to date a vinyl version of the event has not been issued. However, all this changes with the release of this superb two-instalment set, containing the entire, extraordinary concert. SIDE 1: 1. We're Gonna Groove 2. I Can't Quit You Baby SIDE 2: 1. Dazed And Confused 2. Heartbreaker 3:47 SIDE 3: 1. White Summer/Black Mountain Side 2. What Is And What Should Never Be SIDE 4: 1. Moby Dick
