'Post Tenebras Lux' is a monolithically dark and ominous album, showcasing how the LaColpa's distinctive doom/noise sound has ultimately shape-shifted into something monstrously heavier and sludgier, all the while experimenting with some of the most painful soundscapes of improvisational noise and drone metal. The end result is a 44 minutes long nightmare evoking menacing visions of pain, whilst the echo of our laments bounces around the infinite walls of Nothingness.
