Reissue on 180-gram audiophile vinyl, including an insert. Korn's 1994 s/t album featured lyrcis that largely focussed on drug and child abuse. The controversial artwork depicts a young girl being approached by a large man who is holding what appears to be a horse shoe. Korn's first full-length was an important release in the popularization of the nu metal genre.
