Jamaican reggae artist Pat Kelly was strongly influenced by soul singers James Carr, Sam Cooke and Curtis Mayfield. After having fronted The Techniques for about two years, he went solo in 1969. This compilation includes some of his finest solo recordings from the late '60s and '70s.
