Java

Maudits Francais (2lp)

Mythical French group, precursor of musette rap, Java released its third and final studio album 'Maudits Français' in 2009. Java was born in 1998 from the meeting between two Parisians, the composer François-Xavier Bossard known as Fixi (Tony Allen, Winston McAnuff, Alexis HK) and the author Erwan Seguillon (R.Wan, Soviet Suprem), who wish to invent a new genre. A true live phenomenon, the group delivers a supercharged cocktail mixing French song, rap, world music, rock, jazz and funk.
