Exact repro vinyl reissue of this 1981 LP. US import. A more restrained album than their previous two efforts, this release was produced by Steve Cropper (of Booker T. and the M.G.'s a.o.). Among the better cuts on the album are the title song, 'Saints and Sinners' (a song about Vietnam) and 'Be My Friend', which includes a guitar riff-tribute to Van Morrison's 'Here Comes The Night'. Like the band's previous two albums, 'Blood On The Bricks' was praised by critics, but largely ignored by the public.
