The Follies have spent a collective lifetime in dark, amplified dives (Vanity, Vexx, Ajax, Twisted Thing...) but the approach here is different, and firmly rooted in the present. The band's influences may include '60s legends s.a. Arthur Lee & Love, early Kinks and the shimmering guitar jangle of Haight-Ashbury, but arranged by contemporary punks!
