Their 1979 debut album, 'Dreamin' Wild,' showcased two rock'n'roll farm kids who truly tilled their own musical soil, channeling bedroom pop jams, raw funk, and yacht rock. It took decades for 'Dreamin' Wild' to garner the belated accolades it deserved, but once it did, one thing was clear: Donnie & Joe were here to stay. Pressed on baby blue wax.
