A killer 1971 Peruvian psych rock album sees its awaited reissue on vinyl, including two bonus tracks (taken from the band's rare 45), a gatefold sleeve and an insert with liner notes. El Alamo was based in Lima and influenced by a.o. Hendrix, Santana and The Allman Brothers. Much like their colleagues of Laghonia, Traffic Sound and Telegraph Avenue, these guys sung in English aiming to enter the international market.
