No Brains/jeepster
Eater, one of the original 1976 punk bands alongside the Sex Pistols and the Clash, had fans like Henry Rollins and Ian MacKaye. Their track No Brains was meant to be a second single but was shelved, while Jeepster was a T.Rex cover from their third single. These newly remixed and remastered versions restore missing guitar overdubs from 1978, taken from producer Dave Goodman's original master tapes, and improve the bass-heavy sound. The lineup featured Andy Blade, Ian Woodcock, Brian Chevette, and young drummer Dee Generate. Limited to 750 copies on purple vinyl, this release includes a lyric sheet and a reproduction of a scrapped cover design.
