Cramps
Hanky Panky (2lp)
Renowned throughout their career for B-movie horror imagery, frantic guitar riffs and lewd onstage antics, The Cramps remained at the forefront of the psychobilly movement right up to the moment of their enforced exit from the music business, which had continued across three decades. This 2LP set on red vinyl contains two such performances, both the subject of live FM radio broadcasts. First up is their entire show from Lokeren, Belgium on 12th April 1996 which features a wide array of numbers from across their entire catalogue. Following this is their show from the Jaap Edenhal, Amsterdam, Netherlands on 9th March 1990, which is interspersed with fascinating interview material with Lux Interior and Poison Ivy.
