These contained music inspired by the gospel music of the Detroit churches in which she grew up, blended with the Indian devotional music of her religious practice. We even hear Alice singing for the first time in her recorded catalogue. Originally only made available through her Shanti Anantam Ashram (located in the Agoura Hills, California), this is Alice's most obscure body of work.
