Berlin Manson
Poor But Sexy
Slovak trio Berlin Manson was created as a so-called apartment band in the dark times of corona lockdowns. The founders Patrik Nagy and Adam Dragun compensated for the lack of cultural enjoyment by creating new and original music, where Patrik provided DIY electronic beats with live guitar playing and Adam his lyrics full of irony and criticism of conditions on the scene and in society. After the first successful concerts and singles, the cloud surrounding the name Berlin Manson is constantly increasing. They were catapulted to the limelight of the alternative scene by the track and video clip entitled 'I Don't Dance With My Head,' which foreshadowed their debut EP 'Life Ends When You're Thirteen' (2022). Later, drummer Tomás Tabis, who also works in the band 52 Hertz Whale, whose album was also released under the label Weltschmerzen, joins the original duo. Their concert performances gained more momentum and their drive made them one of the most popular club and festival lineups in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
